About the Role

We're searching for an aspiring marketer or someone who loves customer service and administration to join our client's team for a 12-month FTC. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop skills within the FMCG marketing/product space.

The role will see you responsible for all aspects of customer service, invoicing, reporting, and wider marketing responsibilities operating in a supportive capacity.

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to resolve all product quality issues liaising with the factory and quality staff.
  • Administration: Work with SAP, invoicing, and wider marketing administration.
  • Marketing Support: Support the Marketing Manager in executing their plans through project and product management.
  • Trade Shows: Attend trade shows.
  • Competitor Analysis: Report on competitor activity, trends, and pricing.
What We're Looking For
  • 6 months + demonstrable experience in a customer service role, administrative position, or in an entry-level marketing role.
  • Passion for customer service and being involved in resolving issues with the marketing, product, and quality teams.
  • Able to balance workload and effectively prioritise.
  • Demonstrate initiative as well as being someone with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Team orientated and people person.
