Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Therapist to join our team at NAPA Centre in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with various diagnoses impacting their communication skills.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions to improve functional communication, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing skills. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children and families to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify primary impairments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to promote carryover and generalization of skills
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to provide strategies for improving communication in all environments
  • Prescribe home exercise programs to promote continued progress in the community
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Therapy or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Licence to practice from the UK Chartered Society for Physiotherapy
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
  • Enhanced DBS check, CPR, and First Aid certificates
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
