We are an award-winning, diverse, and dynamic independent practice in East London that provides speech and language therapy to children and young people. Our mission is to make a positive impact in local communities through our innovative approach.

As a Pediatric Speech and Language Therapist, you will work closely with our team to assess and manage caseloads, write reports, conduct interventions, and provide training. We offer a comprehensive induction period with excellent clinical supervision, coaching, and team support to ensure your success in this role.

You will have the opportunity to work in various sectors of pediatrics, including primary mainstream schools, secondary mainstream schools, special schools, and clinics. Your schedule will include four days of face-to-face services and one day of remote work per week, minimizing travel time and allowing for a better work-life balance.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000.00 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Speech & Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration or eligibility to register
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with children of varying abilities and personalities
  • Fluent reading and writing skills in English
