Job Summary:
Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to promote independence and participation in daily activities;
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions, including adaptive equipment recommendations and home modifications;
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals;
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field;
  • Current registration with the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and eligible for UK professional membership;
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in pediatric occupational therapy;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare teams;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The salary range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
