Youth Development Manager

Fighting Words NI, a dynamic creative writing network, seeks a highly skilled Youth Development Manager to manage and deliver youth-focused projects across Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of creative education programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for programme management, stakeholder engagement, team management, and ensuring that projects meet equality, diversity, and inclusion standards.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on full-time or part-time hours)

Benefits include annual leave, hybrid workplace policy, pension contributions, employee development opportunities, and car parking.
