About the Role

Care South Residential seeks a compassionate Residential Care Support Specialist to join our team at Kenwith Castle in North Devon. As a Care & Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain their independence, and building meaningful relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent person-centred care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Support residents to remain as independent as possible, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Provide personal care, including washing and dressing, where required, while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and happiness.
