Business Development Manager

Countrywide HQ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in West Central Scotland. As a key member of our Countrywide Land & New Homes division, you will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisition within the residential development space and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to secure new contract wins for Countrywide Land & New Homes
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure both external and internal client satisfaction is achieved
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of sales solutions
- Conduct market research and engage with potential clients to generate leads
- Sales and business development experience, preferably within either a B2B or property-related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop targeted sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the property or residential construction industry and market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
