Business Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize business development activities and deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with our internal co-ordinator to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, providing regular service reviews and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing a consultative approach to meet their packaging needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or business development within the packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of packaging solutions and products, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
