Representing International Education at global forums, advocating for best practices and educational solutions, and identifying emerging trends and challenges in global education will be key responsibilities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making are essential.

This leadership position involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partnerships across Cambridge and beyond. Efficient resource management and budget oversight will ensure effective allocation of resources to maximise impact and pursue funding opportunities. As a leader, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within your team, supporting their professional development, is crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Education or equivalent experience in International Development, with extensive experience in educational leadership, program management, or a similar role in an international context. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
