We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Director of Education Futures at Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

This challenging position involves developing and implementing a comprehensive Education Futures strategy that aligns with the mission of International Education. As the Director of Education Futures, you will be responsible for establishing and executing a cohesive strategy that meets the objectives of International Education.

Your duties will include representing International Education at global forums, advocating for best practices and innovative educational solutions, identifying emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in global education, and providing rigorous research and data analysis to inform internal decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Education or equivalent experience in International Development, extensive experience in educational leadership, program management, or a similar role within an international context, and strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £90,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical and Permanent Health Insurance, discretionary annual bonus, Group personal pension scheme, Life assurance up to 4 x annual salary, and Green travel schemes.
