We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Team Lead in Critical Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and therapy assistants to provide excellent therapy care to patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of physiotherapists and therapy assistants to deliver high-quality therapy care
- Participate in the emergency on-call rota and provide on-call teaching to team members
- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Professional Field
- Current Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration
- Evidence of relevant post-graduate courses/CPD to Masters Level
