Business Development Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Development Administrator to join our fast-paced administration department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing invoices, paperwork, and customer details efficiently
- Order, update, check, and record all vehicle stock details accurately
- Contribute towards the team's workload by supporting our branch sales team and dealership accountant
- Complete taxation of sold vehicles promptly to support customer delivery handovers
- Maintain a high consistent quality of work while meeting deadlines
- Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner
- Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to enhance job performance
Your Skills & Experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and email packages
- Demonstrate strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience within the automotive industry, with knowledge of Franchise systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to varying tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This salary reflects the demands and expectations of this role, as well as the standard of living in the region.
