Job Title: Business Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Business Support Officer to provide administrative support for social work and social care staff. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for social work and social care staff.
  • Assist with financial reconciliation and petty cash management.
  • Process invoices for payment and upload filing onto the social work system.
  • Deal with parents, managers, external partners, and other professionals effectively.

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with difficult people.
  • Appreciation for tact and ability to follow security protocols.
