We are partnered with a UK-wide, established business to support the recruitment of a Debt & Collections Agent. This role offers a salary of around £26,000 and a hybrid working model. The purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide support by identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and agreeing payment plans
  • Analyse and report on customer data
  • Deal with billing and service issues

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have working knowledge from a financial service or banking background – particularly reconciliations/settlements experience
  • Have experience in reporting and analysis
  • Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers by resolving issues and agreeing payment plans
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Deal with billing and service issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of financial services or banking
  • Experience in reporting and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
