About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to ensure excellent care standards
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
  • Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support
