Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care and support work is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
