We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. This rewarding role requires an enthusiastic and compassionate person who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday; £14.50 per hour Saturday and Sunday; bank holidays at time and a half; Christmas Day and New Year's Day at double time
- Enhanced pay rates for experienced care workers

- Refundable DBS (subject to satisfactory completion of 3 month probationary period)
- Blue Light Card supplied after probation

Requirements:
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
- Satisfactory references
- Right to work in the UK
- Full clean valid driver's licence and own transport (desirable)
