About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.50
  • Paid mileage of 35p per mile
  • Minimum of 1 hour visits

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or over
  • Hold a current UK driving licence
  • Have access to your own vehicle
  • Able to provide personal care
  • Able to give a minimum of 16 hours per week with 8 hours at the weekend or 10 hours every other weekend
