Lead Our Eating Disorder Inpatient Service

We are seeking a passionate mental health nurse to lead our Eating Disorder inpatient service. As a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager, you will be responsible for managing, directing, and leading the nursing team with support and guidance from the Ward Manager.

We work on a foundation of honesty and openness, using our skills and experience to support our patients through their recovery journey(s) while working towards their safe discharge to the community.

In return, we will offer you leadership and management training, mentorship training, regular management and clinical supervision, continuous professional development, and a supportive team to nurture your skills and talent.

Person Specification
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (part 3 or 13)
  • Experience working in an acute inpatient unit
  • Experience of leading others
