Job Summary
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a Receptionist in the hospitality sector.
- A good command of English and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
