About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients with complex neurological conditions, providing comprehensive assessment, advice, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assessment and treatment for clients with complex rehabilitation needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Engage with solicitors and case managers to monitor and track client progress and outcomes
- Provide supervision, support, and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants, and students as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and collect activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy
Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience of working within a neurological care and rehabilitation setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
