Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northampton General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients with stroke-related conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with stroke-related conditions.

  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  4. Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  5. Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members.
