About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team in Kempston, supporting students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment, promoting student development, and collaborating with the teaching team to deliver inclusive lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to students with PMLD, focusing on their unique needs and abilities
  • Design and implement engaging activities, including sensory experiences, to foster student development
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop inclusive lesson plans and ensure seamless delivery
  • Encourage independence and self-confidence in students, empowering them to reach their full potential
  • Provide emotional support and care to students with complex needs, prioritizing their well-being and safety

Salary and Benefits:
