At AXA Commercial, we're making our biggest ever investment to develop the expertise and skills we need to be the best. We're currently seeking a highly skilled Consumer Duty Document Reviewer to join our award-winning team.

The successful candidate will help deliver the Schemes & Delegated Authority (SDA) Consumer Duty implementation strategy by reviewing and implementing improved Delegated Authority Documentation to improve customer understanding and mitigate the risk of harm.

As part of the SDA team, you'll take personal accountability for reviewing and implementing documentation that reflects regulatory and customer needs, whilst maintaining strong partner relationships with DAs. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the revised documents meet both internal and external/regulatory requirements and expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing existing standard and bespoke product related documentation to provide clarity and improve customer understanding.
  • Ensuring the revised documents meet both internal and external/regulatory requirements and expectations.
  • Possessing a deep understanding of requirements, alongside the ability to put this knowledge into practice.
  • Ability to work autonomously as required, to meet project milestones in a timely manner.
  • Role modelling integrity, resilience, collaboration, and enthusiasm.
  • Driving a positive culture and demonstrating what good looks like in all aspects of the role.
  • Building excellent external and internal relationships at all levels, establishing trusted partnerships to support execution of the SDA strategy.
  • Consistently delivering a first-class service to all stakeholders.
  • Leading the change agenda, identifying continuous improvement and driving change through to resolution.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime, which means that the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £60,000 dependent on experience, discretionary company and performance-based bonus, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and a range of other benefits.
