Senior Business Growth Specialist

At Search Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors. Your key duties will include achieving or exceeding expected targets, making inbound/outbound telephone calls to business owners and directors, and establishing a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
* Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.
Requirements:
* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
* Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
* Customer service and rapport building skills.
* 2-3 years experience in field sales, closing deals, and selling a service (not a product).
