About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies in your assigned territory to achieve the company's objectives and revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in trading, sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
