About the Role

We're looking for a talented Mobile Service Advisor to join our team at Trust Ford. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth customer journey.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of on-site and remote working. You'll be required to work from home for the first three months, after which you'll transition to a hybrid working arrangement.
