Job Role: Teaching Assistant

Key Stage: Key Stage 3 and 4

Working Pattern: Full time: 28 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days

Contract Type: Fixed term - 12 months in the first instance

Pay Scale: Scale A1/B1 - £22,366 to £23,839 per annum, pro rata, (actual starting salary £14,557)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated SEND team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of difficulties to make excellent progress and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes
