Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist students with daily living skills, such as organization, time management, and self-advocacy.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support students with complex needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification or relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, either professionally or personally.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • Full-time availability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Two professional references and the right to work in the UK.
