We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Vision for Education in Leeds/Bradford. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a small group and one-to-one setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sensory and behavioral strategies to support student success.
  • Monitor and record student progress, communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements
