MDCV UK: A Disruptive English Sparkling Wine Producer
">At MDCV UK, we are revolutionizing the English wine industry with our innovative approach to winemaking and sustainability.
We are seeking a skilled Estate Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success. As an Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing a good knowledge of the Estate sales channel and identifying business opportunities across that channel.
You will conduct desktop research to create leads and opportunities for the Estate Sales Director, track sales ROS vs budget for each SKU, and determine whether we are getting ROI for the investment on each project.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in written and spoken English, skilled in Excel, and has previous experience in developing and implementing automated processes for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a performance-based bonus, generous staff discount, and a company pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a good knowledge of the Estate sales channel and help identify business opportunities across that channel.
- Conduct desktop research to create leads and opportunities for the Estate Sales Director.
- Track sales ROS vs budget for each SKU and determine whether we are getting ROI for the investment on each project.
- Monthly ROS data across all Accounts to be detailed and analysed.
- Track orders and investigate any shipping delays for customers waiting on wine.
- Ensure our CRM is up to date with current and prospective customer contact details and notes on support interactions.
- Refer complex cases to Estate Sales Director.
- Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation for the Estate Sales Director as required.
