We are seeking a Senior Estate Lawyer to join our team at Private Investigator Haverhill.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate and care fees planning, drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, trusts and trust administration, probate and estate administration, inheritance tax planning and investments, charitable giving, and deputyship.

A STEP qualification is advantageous but not mandatory. We support career progression and welcome applicants currently pursuing STEP certification.

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with particular proficiency in wills, trusts, estates, and tax matters. They must be capable of managing their caseload independently with minimal oversight.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative. Strong client relations, a professional appearance, and solid technical skills are essential.

Secretarial support will be provided.
