As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Soft Services Manager in overseeing the soft services department, including security, cleaning, and waste management, to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Supervise a team of soft services staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to understand their requirements and develop customized facility solutions.
  • Monitor service delivery and conduct regular quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing, to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for employees and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Holder of the SIA DS/CCTV licence.
  • Proven experience in facilities services or a similar role, with a focus on soft services.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in IT and using different software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
