Site Manager

We are working with a Regional Development business with an annual turnover in excess of £75 million. They produce circa 200 units per annum across Essex, Herts, and North London.
They are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager to work under a Project Manager to deliver a scheme of 100 units (refurbishment) of a Grade II listed building with planning for a further 100 new build units in the grounds of this former public building just off the M11 at Saffron Walden, Essex.
Suitable candidates will have 5 – 10 years of experience in Cut & Carve, Restoration, or Heritage schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear knowledge of underpinning, steelworks, fit out, and general aspects of cut & carve.
- Proven track record of producing quality results on time and within budget.
- Ability to deal with clients and stakeholders.
- Positive character with a desire to succeed and achieve positive results and repeat business.
- Proven experience with structural alteration.
- Acute commercial awareness.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Management)
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Scaffold Inspection
- Any other relevant certificates.
