Job Description: Senior Nurse Manager Role

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team at Frontline Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff, providing clinical leadership and driving clinical excellence.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have evidence of relevant professional development, clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • They will be experienced in acute nursing care and have a deep understanding of the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • The role involves leading and supporting the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda and conducting oneself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
