About the Role:

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £23 per hour, paid weekly at £36. We seek a qualified and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior capacity. A key requirement is the ability to work autonomously, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while prioritizing tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Care Manager.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and provide timely updates to family members and caregivers.
