Tame and Wild, a dynamic veterinary practice, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This vital role involves maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring patients receive outstanding care, and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, fostering a positive, efficient working environment while consistently delivering exceptional patient and client care.

  • Provide oversight of the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care across the team you lead.
  • Work closely with other Lead Nurses and the Clinical Nursing Manager to manage your area of responsibility effectively.
  • Demonstrate exemplary nursing practices, including maintaining hygiene protocols and addressing infection control proactively.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to take on a leadership position while maintaining a hands-on approach to clinical work.

We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom and have the relevant visas, if required, and be registered on the RCVS.
