About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Director to join our team at Collinson. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our transformation initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with our company vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of transformation professionals to deliver high-impact initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective governance structures and processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in transformation management to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transformation management, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives and projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
