**Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs to our learners.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of apprenticeship programs across multiple sites and regions.
  • Work closely with employers, learners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of apprenticeship programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies, awarding organisations, and other external partners.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of apprenticeship programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to apprentices and their managers to support their development and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of program performance, including tracking learner outcomes and funding metrics.
  • Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our learners and employer partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, policy, and best practice in apprenticeships and adult education.
  • Represent Total Training Provision at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: London office, with frequent travel to regional sites

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Experience of managing apprenticeship programs and working with employers and learners
  • Strong understanding of apprenticeship regulations and funding requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office and learning management systems
