Administrative Assistant for Events

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for events and administration? We are seeking an Admin and Events Assistant to join our dynamic team at Workingmums.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party suppliers.
- Assist with the coordination of events, including booking and scheduling staff, and monitoring payment processes.
- Support the technical team with the preparation and delivery of events, including file delivery and equipment management.
- Administrative Duties:
- Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Support the Events Operations team with administrative tasks, including updating marketing materials and maintaining stock of routine supplies.
- Respond to general queries from internal and external sources, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Other Duties:
- Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues to the Technical Manager.
- Assist with the maintenance of storage locations and undertake any necessary training.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required to support the wider Events & Catering team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for events and administration, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
