About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our fast-paced and highly commercial FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will provide commercial and analytical support to the business at an exciting phase of development and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial acumen and previous experience working in a business partnering/analytics role, understanding commercial drivers impacting performance and identifying/share best practice across the Business
  • Work closely with Operational Managers and business support functions across multiple locations, confident when working with senior stakeholders
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the evolution of our Anaplan budgeting tool, understanding processes and over-arching principle
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc analysis and insights, both financial and non-financial, working well in an autonomous environment, managing your own workload and business priorities
  • Provide financial modelling of business cases
