We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong commercial acumen, with a focus on identifying and sharing best practices across the business.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Operational Managers and business support functions, to drive business performance and growth.
- Prepare and present financial and non-financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Provide financial modeling and budgeting support, including the evolution of our Anaplan budgeting tool.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, with a focus on driving commercial growth and profitability.
- Strong commercial finance background, with experience in business partnering and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Industry-recognized qualifications, including CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
