About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our EMEA team at Firstagency. As a key member of our global Events & Experiences team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients through superior project management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead, manage and execute the coordination of various events globally. This will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing the execution of events from creative concept development to planning, execution and reconciliation.

About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need 8+ years of experience in end-to-end event management, preferably corporate. You should be proficient in G Suite, Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel budget management and reconciliation. Excellent presentation creation and formatting skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, prioritize and oversee the execution of multiple key virtual, hybrid and in-person events globally
  • Lead the full project lifecycle from creative concept and development through initial briefing, to planning, execution and reconciliation
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure scope and agreements are monitored and achieved throughout the project planning process
  • Lead clients on how best to deliver virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings, conferences, and events
  • Manage project teams to ensure adherence to client and all Firstagency standards and practices connected to successful project management
  • Create and manage budgets for assigned events, including invoice management, cashflow and timely budget reconciliation
  • Capture key intelligence to enable knowledge sharing, efficiency, and future improved performance
  • Ensure continual improvement of our supplier base by seeking new event industry innovations, deepening of supplier and venue relationships

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
