About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Social Care Practitioner to join our East Locality team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals, local communities, and partners to promote independence and control, enabling people to live the lives they choose.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality social work practice, ensuring individuals have a solution-focused plan towards achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing.
- Work creatively with individuals, local communities, and our partners, empowering them to deliver the best possible outcomes for people and to create a positive Adult Social Care culture.
- Undertake professional leadership roles, taking responsibility for the learning and development of others, through leadership and management, supervision, mentoring, assessing, and teaching.
