About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Advice and Management: Provide expert advice to potential landlords on property management and lettings, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenant queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct viewings and negotiate terms between landlords and tenants to secure lettings, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in Residential Lettings, with a strong understanding of the property market and current legislation.
  • Skillset: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach with the drive to provide outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Player: A team player with the initiative to work independently, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
  • Valid UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
