About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service. Your communication skills will be essential in training and inspiring your team to provide a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager: Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
  • Mentor and Train: Utilize your management expertise to develop and train your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting high standards and motivating your team to deliver memorable moments that exceed guest expectations.
