Stereo, a vibrant nightlife destination inspired by the eclectic cultures of New York, London, and Paris, is seeking a skilled Lead Mixologist & Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our late-night entertainment experience, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing exceptional guest service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our venue.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mixologist with a passion for creating innovative cocktails and providing outstanding guest service. As a Lead Mixologist & Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Crafting high-quality cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations;
  • Providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued;
  • Contributing to the development of our cocktail menu, working closely with our Management Team to ensure that our offerings are innovative, exciting, and relevant to our guests' tastes;
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work;
  • Collaborating with our Bar Manager to ensure that our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently;
  • Participating in the training and development of junior bartenders and barbacks;
  • Assisting with the opening and closing of the bar, ensuring that our venue is always well-prepared for service.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mixologist with a passion for creating innovative cocktails and providing exceptional guest service. To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar;
  • Excellent spirits and classic cocktails knowledge;
  • Attention to detail and customer needs;
  • Social, engaging, and motivated personality;
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations;
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills;
  • Knowledge of other languages is beneficial;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
