Your primary responsibility will be to manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and ensure the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Process repeat prescription requests, make appointments, and handle home visits.
- Update patient records, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to practice policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Call centre experience is an advantage.
- General computer skills, including proficiency in EMIS Web.
