You will develop and implement the annual business plan to maximize revenue and improve overall facility performance. You will plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the center's daily activities, including events like the Scottish Open (Snooker), and other large-scale sporting events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for attendees.
You will communicate and enforce all health and safety, risk assessments, security regulations, and protocols through all services and activities, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
