Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Client Success Team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with clients. They will be results-driven, focusing on increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving retention and upselling targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving attitude.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Benefits:
- Annual Salary: £28,000
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (additional holidays for length of service)
- Pension Scheme: Salary sacrifice pension scheme (5% employee and 5% employer contribution)

Location: Office based, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (part-time considered).
